The name for Click came to the Esther Chang’s mind when she thought about her vision for the education centre. I guess you can say the name “clicked” suddenly in her mind. Not only did she want her students to access current technology with a quick “click” of a button, but she also wanted students to understand study skills in a way that “clicks” with them. Furthermore, she wanted students to “click” with their teachers, so even to this day she hand picks all her teachers and conducts rigorous training before assigning teachers to classes. The best part about the meaning of “click”, which most people don’t realize, is that “click” also means “to be successful”. The director of Click Education Centre Inc. hopes she and all her students can reach high levels of success!

In sum, CLICK [Klik] means to Esther these four definitions:

1. to press a button on the mouse that will open a world of knowledge and possibilities
2. to understand or become suddenly clear on how to study right
3. to connect with teachers and other students comfortably
 4. to become successful

The colours are also representative of Click’s ideals. Orange, the main Click colour, means “new” and “innovative” to represent our 21st Century teaching philosophy. Blue means “loyalty.” Just because we’re different, does not mean we don’t have traditional values.
